At Ice Development, we have three staff members on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Critical alerts are sent via various channels: text messages and emails.

Five staff members have permanent access to our partner data centres.

We monitor all types of environments: cloud servers (our own, third-party providers, AWS, OVH, Oracle), on-premises infrastructure, hybrid environments, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

Yes, we offer customized technical support services available 24/7. In the event of a critical alert outside of business hours, our team responds immediately in accordance with a defined protocol.
