1. Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use (hereinafter “TOU”) is to define the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the ice-dev.com website (hereinafter “the Site”).

Access to and use of the Site imply the user’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with Internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user.
