> THE CHALLENGE
Bergonzo, a specialist in logistics and the installation of point-of-sale displays worldwide, wanted to offer a new high-value-added service to its 300 clients.
The primary need was to design an extranet dedicated to data and statistics, to provide complete transparency regarding logistics operations and highlight the exceptional speed of their deliveries. The challenge: to instantly retrieve data from massive volumes.
> THE SOLUTION
We developed “Field Office,” a powerful analytics application directly connected to Bergonzo’s proprietary ERP system. This tool allows customers to track the status of their shipments and gain a precise, real-time view of inventory levels. They can instantly verify the quantity, quality, and exact location of their products across different warehouses. Over the past two years, the app has processed more than 300,000 orders, covering 29,000 retail locations and more than 12,000 listed items.
> EVOLUTION
Although its primary function is currently advisory, Field Office was designed to evolve. Eventually, the tool will allow customers to place orders directly from the app by drawing from available inventory identified across Bergonzo’s various warehouses, thereby transforming into a powerful B2B transactional tool.
