How to easily take screenshots and annotate them ?

We often need to take screenshots, whether to show a page, request a modification in a specific area, etc.

There are numerous ways to take a webpage screenshot, here are two :

• Basic capture in Windows: Press Print Screen key
• Capture via a plugin: Nimbus Screenshot

Key reminders:

Print Screen key : Captures the entire screen
Alt + Print Screen key : Captures the selected window

Note that you can paste (Ctrl + V) the screenshot directly into an Outlook email.
